Head of the Occupational Safety Department
ზაზა ჯალალიZaza Jalali joined our team in 2019 and currently holds the position of Head of the
Occupational Safety Department. He was born on June 22, 1981, in the city of Kaspi.
Zaza graduated from the Georgian Technical University, Faculty of Energy, specializing in
Power Supply. His academic background, combined with many years of professional
experience, enables him to successfully manage safety systems and ensure the highest
standards across large-scale projects.
He has over 20 years of career experience in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment
(HSE), both locally and internationally. Zaza has participated in major projects such as the
British Petroleum (BP) – AGT Pipeline Project, where he was responsible for implementing
safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and investigating incidents.
Zaza holds an IOSH Managing Safety certificate and has completed numerous specialized
safety-related trainings, including emergency management, fire safety, chemical safety,
working at heights, and more.
He is distinguished by his strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Zaza possesses excellent leadership skills, which allow him to effectively manage his team
and ensure a safe working environment. He is also known for his honest communication,
organizational skills, and ability to respond quickly in stressful situations—qualities that are
crucial in the field of occupational safety.
